Before it begins, we match you with a tutor based on the subject, level, and goals you shared. You will know who they are, where they studied, and the results they earned, all before you meet. If the fit is not right, the first lesson comes with a rematch, no questions asked.
The lesson itself runs on video and is recorded, so a student can review any moment later. Most first sessions start with a short conversation about where things stand, a look at recent work, and one or two problems that show the tutor exactly where the gaps are. By the end, you have a plan rather than a vague sense of more to do.
Afterward, notes arrive in your inbox: what you covered, what to practise, and what comes next. Parents on the weekly plan see the same notes, so everyone is looking at the same picture.
